The Telefunken Dacapo 9 is a large a.c mains valve radio, which was made in Germany in 1958. It has push-button selection for long, medium, short, and u.k.w (f.m) reception.
The valve line-up is as follows:-
ECC85, ECH81, EF89, EABC80, EM80, EL84 plus metal rectifier.
The receiver is pending restoration, but the metal rectifier will be replaced with a silicon bridge plus a resistor.
