Stella ST101U

The Stella ST101U is an a.c/d.c mains valve radio. It was made in 1951, and has long, medium, and short waveband reception.
The Stella ST101U is the equivalent of the Philips 200U radio.
The valves used are as follows:-
UCH42, UF41, UBC41, UL41, UY41.
As with all Stella & Philips radios, the pitch coated capacitors should be replaced with modern equivalents. Some of the resistors also required replacement.
The Stella ST101U has quite a distinctive appearance around its loudspeaker grille (different again from its Philips equivalent)
